HOW CAN LASTING JOY AND HAPPINESS BE ACHIEVED

                  LASTING JOY AND HAPPINESS 

For Long lasting joy and happiness-
  1. Stop giving your smile to someone's hands
  2. Stop expecting what you give
  3. Start loving your real close ones like your brother mother sister or father or all of them
  4. Always prioritize Family over anything
  5. Don't fall in love at early age it's a trap
  6. Plan your future and work for it
  7. Stop boasting what you have let the people admire you
  8. Keep calm and happy
  9. Don't ever over react
  10. Smile and let things go
  11. Never avoid problems, face them instead
  12. Don't beat around the bush telling your problems to people instead think on it and find solutions
  13. Pray to God always not only when you need( you may be atheist depends on you if you're a believer)
  14. If someone fights with you just stay calm and do a compromise that's where maturity lies in .(until an extent don't get beaten up)
  15. Make FOOD your love it is really worth your love and will never defy you ♥️
  16. Make money
  17. Work as hard as you can because it keeps you distracted from bad things
  18. *******Most important****** Don't drink,smoke or snort. These basically damage your life and you've no set backs ๐Ÿ˜” (I never have done this but my friends have been so addicted that they actually can't get out of it)
  19. Love small things around and admire them as much as you can
  20. Be faithful and honest you'll be Happy even if someone breaks your trust be Happy that it was early and that you've been best with him or her now he isn't and thats not your fault ☺️
The purpose of life is to have a joyful experience . The first and foremost step is feeling a strong desire to change your ways and wanting happiness for yourself.
You can improve your happiness quotient by doing the following
  1. Identify what you like to do/your hobbies ..activities that make you feel alive. You need to be spending considerable time in activities that make you feel joyful ,instead of doing things for others or doing stuff that really don’t interest you but you do anyway for money . Create a list of the things you love to do for yourself and keep expanding it .
  2. Attempt to keep focus away from people/environments that cause negative emotions in you .For example if you feel that talking about a particular subject/person invokes anger/unhappiness in you .Do not give energy to that thought and move away and focus on other subjects that you love . This shifting of focus every single time you feel unhappy and coming back to a happy thought is the prime shift needed to be in a happy state always
  3. IF you have past hurts try to release those . Past hurts and bad experiences are like old luggage lying around in the room .They are hurtful and keep occupying space in your mind. Every time it comes up you will be unhappy. Let go of past hurtful events and forgive the people involved …not because they deserve forgiveness but because you deserve peace and happiness .
  4. Write a gratitude journal starting with 10 things to be thankful for in your life everyday .This one activity will change your life .. you will feel much better and your perspective will turn around to what you have in life to be joyful about .
  5. Appreciate yourself on every win and others for every small thing they do for you . You will start noticing that people around you find you more lovable and are ready to help you in ways they can. Your environment will change to a more loving place and your happiness quotient will increase .
